Front Desk Representative (Part Time)
The Front Desk Representative reports directly to our Administration Director to facilitate all client interactions. They work collaboratively with all staff members.
PRIMARY JOB Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable answering phone calls and relaying information to clients or prospects
Ability to multitask
Strong organizational skills
Basic Computer Skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Proactive and strong work ethic
Knowledge of Baseball/Softball is preferred but not required
Answer incoming calls from clients
Schedule appointments for clients
Interact with clients in person
Check athletes into programs
Purchase and update training packages for clients
Answer all questions regarding training and programs for clients
Maintain appearance of lobby
Be willing and able to assist all departments and front office with any additional business tasks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. The physical requirements of this job require frequent walking around.
