The Front Desk Representative reports directly to our Administration Director to facilitate all client interactions. They work collaboratively with all staff members. 

PRIMARY JOB Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable answering phone calls and relaying information to clients or prospects

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Proactive and strong work ethic

  • Knowledge of Baseball/Softball is preferred but not required

PRIMARY JOB Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from clients 

  • Schedule appointments for clients

  • Interact with clients in person

  • Check athletes into programs

  • Purchase and update training packages for clients

  • Answer all questions regarding training and programs for clients

  • Maintain appearance of lobby 

  • Be willing and able to assist all departments and front office with any additional business tasks 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. The physical requirements of this job require frequent walking around.
