You’ll receive a full hitting screen including a movement assessment, a collection of your batted ball profile, a biomechanics assessment, and a breakdown of your swing. Complete The Assessment

To get the most out of your training, you will undergo an extensive evaluation that measures your current fitness levels, strength, and injury risks. We also learn about your long-term goals so we can create a customized sports performance program that includes everything you need to meet your goals.

Start Your Customized ASCENT Training Program

Based on your evaluation, your coach will design you a customized program. We will address your individual athletic needs and goals, including coming back after injuries, improving flexibility, or building core strength. We measure your progress periodically and tweak your training program as needed for maximum results.

Optimal Training Schedule

We encourage you to train for as long as you need to improve your performance. You are welcome to use our equipment and facility to train in your own time and develop your own routine with your peers. Not only will this help you get faster results, but you’ll also learn more about the science behind optimal sports performance training.
