Welcome Bryan Garrett to the Ascent Athlete family!

Coach Bryan Garrett brings an elite, nationally recognized resume to Ascent Athlete, combining high-level collegiate coaching experience with a dominant track record on the national travel softball circuit.

Bryan is a former West Chester University baseball player who holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing his Doctorate. He joins us while finishing his fourth season as the hitting and catching instructor for the West Chester University softball program. Previously, as Head Coach at Garnet Valley High School, he led the team to a dominant 40-10 record and back-to-back state playoff appearances.

On the national stage, Bryan is the Head Coach and architect of the Mystics National travel organization, a premier regional powerhouse featuring elite talent from seven states. Under his leadership, the Mystics have captured multiple Tier 1 Alliance bids across the 14U, 16U, and 18U levels, alongside appearances on Championship Sunday at Triple Crown Nationals. Named one of the Top 100 Instructors in the U.S. by Extra Inning Softball, Bryan has trained over 80 collegiate players and produced more than 40 college commitments since 2023 alone. His player-first philosophy centers on continuous growth, toughness, and helping athletes achieve their dreams of playing at the next level.
