The ever-changing landscape of collegiate athletics is increasingly difficult to navigate alone. With an investment of $150,000–$350,000 in a college education, choosing the right institution is a monumental commitment. Our goal is to provide an in-depth, data-driven approach that maximizes the opportunity to identify the best possible academic, athletic, and personal fit for each athlete.
Our highly experienced staff has established relationships with hundreds of colleges and universities across the country. Our backgrounds in coaching high-level athletes, relationships with collegiate coaching staffs, and ability to evaluate players across all levels of competition provide the experience and insight necessary to guide athletes through the recruiting landscape.
We combine personal relationships, objective performance data, and industry expertise to create a recruiting strategy tailored to each athlete.
THE PROCESS:
Information gathering is the foundation of our recruiting process. During the introductory phase, each athlete receives a complimentary evaluation designed to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development across pitching/throwing, hitting, and overall sports performance.
We place significant emphasis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as measurable performance data plays a critical role in determining an athlete's recruiting profile and identifying appropriate collegiate opportunities. These metrics are gathered, monitored, and updated in real time.

Once we have gathered and analyzed the necessary information, we develop a step-by-step recruiting plan tailored to the athlete. This plan incorporates social media strategy, direct communication with college coaching staffs, and our College Placement Software Program to identify opportunities, facilitate connections, and continually refine the athlete's recruiting profile.
