Current athletes aren’t the only ones who have goals! Whether you are looking to stay fit, lose weight, or be able to simply play with your grandchildren we have programming to help you accomplish any fitness goal.

As you get older, life gets more hectic. We have created training options to fit anyone’s lifestyle or training preferences. Whether you like to train first thing in the morning, later at night, in a group, or one-on-one, we have you covered.

Our Adult Training classes are designed to provide a dynamic and engaging workout experience. Led by Brittany Bailey, a seasoned fitness professional, these classes are structured to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.

  • Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00am to 7:00am.

    The flexibility of our schedule allows you to drop in anytime between these hours, ensuring that your fitness journey seamlessly integrates with your daily routine.

    Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Brittany, who will get you started on the workout, no matter what time you arrive!

  • We understand the importance of flexibility in your fitness routine.

    Our Adult Training membership is available at $99 for a 4-week period. Start anytime!

    Attend as many sessions as you can within the 4-week period. 

  • Your first Adult Training class with us is absolutely free. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience our dynamic sessions, meet Brittany, and get a taste of the incredible fitness community at Ascent Athlete. Show up and check in with Brittany on your first day!
